Shelf Elf Christmas Jumbo Pinwheel Ribbon Bow

This listing is for one double stacked jumbo pinwheel grosgrain ribbon  bow. It is made with 3” ribbon and has a lightweight wooden center. It has a rhinestone elf center. 

This bow  measures 5” and can be attached to a 3” alligator clip with teeth or a 3” French Barrette.
